ISRAEL- WHAT’S HAPPENING NOW?

The text reads: “Published on Dec 12, 2018 – Messianic Rabbi Zev Porat joins us via Skype from Jerusalem to explain the significance of the secretive ceremony performed by the Sanhedrin near the walls of the Old City Monday, the final day of Hanukkah, to consecrate a stone altar for the future Third Temple.”

Jewish Temple Altar Rebuilt, Ready for Use

Rendering of the Jewish priests performing the ritual service on the altar in the Jewish Temple.

The Temple Institute in Jerusalem has announced that it has finished building an altar suitable for the Temple service. The altar, which took several years to build, can be operational at little more than a moment’s notice, reported Matzav Haruach magazine.

The Temple Institute is committed to preparing all the necessary clothing and tools for the rebuilt Holy Temple in Jerusalem. In addition, the institute operates an educational center for visitors and a preparatory training program for members of the priestly family who wish to be ready to serve as soon as the Temple is rebuilt.

The altar is a central component to the Biblical sacrificial service. In fact, there were separate altars for the incense and for other sacrifices.

The larger altar sat in the outer courtyard of the Tabernacle, and later the Temple. It was approximately five meters (16 feet) tall and 16 meters (52.5 feet) wide, with four “horns”, or raised corners, and a ramp.

According to the Bible, the altar may not be made out of stones hewn by metal implements. The altar prepared by the Temple Institute, under the direction of architect Rabbi Shmuel Balsam, follows this requirement.

It is constructed instead from bricks fired at roughly 1,000 degrees Celsius (1,832 degrees Fahrenheit), to withstand the immense heat of the Temple’s eternal flame and the weight of the sacrificial animals. Its measurements conform to the interpretation of Maimonides.

What makes the altar so unique is that it can be disassembled and reassembled easily, allowing it to be transported quickly and efficiently from its current location, on display at the institute, to the Temple Mount when the time comes. It was inaugurated in December 2014 and is now ready for use. With Passover around the corner, and the Passover sacrifice a central component of the traditional celebration, perhaps that time will come soon!

Events TODAY and the last few weeks are MOMENTOS!

Will Israel regard the one that helps them put up their temple as their MESSIAH? You get Jared with his father in law. The elections will be a What?? again this year.

We look on with anticipation. Blindness is upon Israel.

25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you will not be conceited: A hardening in part has come to Israel, until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. 26And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come from Zion; He will remove godlessness from Jacob.…

TedR, it is literally a Feast out there. Hearing the voices of other Spirit directed friends who are concerned only with worship of Jehovah and Jesus is refreshing and a blessing.
Scriptures are coming alive as we freely read them along with others with prayer.
I find so much that I only use the TV for news. You tube has so much on spiritual things. What a wonderful blessing. We can do this without someone constantly warning against listening to others.

The political climate has a man that does not care for God but deals with Israel! The anti-Christ has to have a temple to desecrate and exhort himself above all that is called God.

TedR, at about 12 midnight last night I finally found this very same youtube to share with Henry!
I had listened to it a couple of days ago and couldn’t find it after the study last night.
I was going to post this link today but thanks to you we got it.

There is so much available to us now and Daniel would be satisfied that we have the internet to use to share knowledge.
We finally got the problem resolved on our comments not posting.
The web hosting company said they had never encountered a code written like to one on our site. They are studying it.
Someone physically wrote a code and attached it to our site and it was eating up all of the space like their term “A BEAST”. we were using only 3% of our allotment but this deliberate attachment was using 97% and moving.
They say whoever did it is somewhat genius in code writing. I told them I remember one morning getting up and the site was disappearing before my eyes but didn’t know it was the person attaching this.
So now we appear to be okay. This person came in like an administrator and did some time ago, we just never noticed.

Israel is a burden! Although this tiny nation was given only 13% of it’s promised land the United Nations spends nearly 90% of its time and talks about this tiny land strip.

The Arabs have said Israel must be wiped off the map! But there is no Israel on any Arab maps.
Rome renamed the place where the Jews lived Palestenia and there was a Palestinian Brigade but they were Jews just the same.

So today while we are battling a pandemic and the collapse of the entire world economy they are still trying to destroy Israel.
People ask if the United States or Canada is in the Bible? Yes, they are, all nations will go up against Israel.

While we are sleeping Israel still has to defend its country. God is watching.
Soon Israel will have to bow before their King Christ Jesus and then he will be Lord for them and speak with a sword from his mouth and the armies will fall.
Just got to see what God is revealing while we battle with this virus.

Ebola and the measles have started in the DMC- Congo of Africa! They are trying to contain it, but we know every virus is just a plane ride away.
WHO is talking about this but the events going on in the United States and all over the world may be preventing people from hearing this warning.

The large crowds and the measles is not good, hopefully, children are staying home. They say it is treating the young harshly. Some of the young generation parents didn’t vaccinate them because of the internet scare that comes around every ten years about it causing autism.

Ebola hitting the crowds all over the world will be a pandemic that would rival the black death.

How worried should Israel be about the Arab response on extending sovereignty?
    June 1, 2020
The prospect of Israel extending its sovereignty to the Jordan Valley, and parts of Judea and Samaria, has raised questions over what the response by the Palestinian Authority and Jordan would be as both would be directly affected by such a move.

Michael Milstein, head of the Palestinian Studies Forum at the Moshe Dayan Center at Tel Aviv University, told JNS that as long as Israel’s announcement is “only declarative,” the P.A. and Jordan “will be very angry but won’t do anything.”

    Replacement theology
Only faith in Jesus has the power to save us.
Jesus Himself said that He is the only way to salvation (John 14:16). To leave out that fact is to weaken the concept of faith by implying that whatever you believe in is OK just as long as you have faith and act on it.
“Finally, without David there would be no future Messiah, for it is through the line of David that a Messiah is promised (Jer. 23:5, 6; Rev. 22:16). Israelite history would need to be completely rewritten. Yet, that history, as it reads in Scripture, is precisely what gives Israel and the church its unique role and mission.”

This statement illustrates a profound confusion over the difference between the role of Israel and that of the Church. They each have their own unique role, and they are in no way the same thing. This confusion is actually a statement that comes out of the misguided idea called REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY —the idea that God has rejected Israel and transferred everything, at least the blessings of †he old covenant, to the Church.

But a quick reading of Romans chapters 9–11 firmly shoots down that absurd idea. And an understanding of end times, along with understanding the purpose of the coming Tribulation, shows how the future of each is vastly different in God’s plans.

  10. jacqueline says:

The negative things that happened to Joseph were because God was building a nation that will bless all of mankind. The Nation of ISRAEL by means of a promise (a particular note to vs. 3, God never changes.)

Gen 12:1-3 12 The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.

2 “I will make you into a great nation,
    and I will bless you;
I will make your name great,
and you will be a blessing.[a]
3 I will bless those who bless you,
    and whoever curses you I will curse;
    and all peoples on earth
    will be blessed through you.”[b]

Joseph was 17 years old as God began his training. He went to prison, was sold in slavery, was accused of a crime of attempted rape that was false and on and on.

All of these bad things were allowed by God to train Joseph. He was a fore-shadow of Jesus, for he saved the world of his day by the Divine Plan of God but he suffered.

God is not finished with Israel, they are his wife by covenant and He never goes back on his word.

  11. Christopher Johns says:

    Jacqueline,
It’s just my opinion but I don’t think them rebuilding any temple is significant. That means we would have to re-institute the Aaronic Priesthood and have God go back to the sacrificial systems that he did away with. These were types of Jesus and I don’t think there is anything significant to these. They are trying to bring back a Law Covenant that is done away with.

With the news that the Altar is made and a practice run has been done. The temple has been made and can be put together in 3 weeks got me to thinking.
Exodus 3:5 “Then he said, “Do not come near; take your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.”

Acts 7:33 “‘Then the LORD said to him, “Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.

Joshua 5:15 “The commander of the LORD’s army replied, “Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did so.

In these instances and more, the ground was made Holy by the Presence of God. So wherever the temple is sitting is Holy Ground. No need to rebuild it where Herod’s temple stood as if it was holy ground.

If the Jews erected it in a building where it was made and began sacrifice, the place is Holy.

So we might not have to wait for the temple to be erected on some supposed holy ground. The Temple will make any spot holy.

Just me thinking out loud on how if they are sacrificing and someone makes them stop then we have advanced forward without knowing the temple was erected already. hmm

  15. jacqueline says:

The prospect of rebuilding the Temple in Jerusalem continues to captivate the hearts and minds of millions of Christians around the world. When will it be rebuilt? Will there still be animal sacrifices? What would happen next? How will it work with the sacrifice already offered on the Cross? Those are just some of the questions that sincere Christians are asking.

Whatever we think about the possibility of such a building project, we must remember that the New Testament, while confirming its great respect for God’s Temple in Jerusalem, posits that the Jewish Christ and those in Him are the ultimate Temple of God (1 Pet 2:5).

An example of this connection between Jesus and his followers with the temple is found in John’s gospel (John 1:14), where Jesus’ incarnation is described in terms of God, “tabernacling among us.” However, the clearest connection with the eschatological Temple described by Ezekiel can be found in the words Jesus uttered during the priestly watering-pouring ceremony during the Feast of Tabernacles.

Jesus declared: “He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly will flow rivers of living water.” (John 7:38) The Scripture to which Jesus is undoubtedly referring describes the river that makes the desert green and all dead things alive again. That river flows directly from the belly of the Temple that Ezekiel saw in his vision (Ezek 47:1-9).

So, will the Temple be rebuilt? No matter what our answer would be we must always remember that the ultimate Temple is located in the person of the Jewish Christ and in the lives of his Jewish and Gentile followers. There are even more hidden treasures just waiting for you to unearth when you begin to read the scriptures from a Jewish perspective.

Oh yes much more still needs to happen for sure, I believe that my life and my wifes lives have been lived the way they had for our children to play a role used of God, our story is to us both a great act of God. I did see an issue or two with the talk on an area where he added some into the text, adding or taking away from scripture is a no no.

I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book, if anyone adds to them, may God add to him the plagues which are written in this book.
    (Rev. 22)
19 If anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, may God take away his part from the tree note of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this book
    (Deut 4:2)
You shall not add to the word which I command you, neither shall you take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yahweh your God which I command you.
    (Deut 12:32)
Whatever thing I command you, that you shall observe to do. You shall not add to it, nor take away from it.

Lee Anthony, I agree none of us know all of it and Perry talks a lot but I liked where he showed how there can seem to be a parallel to an event but it really isn’t but the labor pains that Jesus talked about. Israel has become a nation in 1948 so we do definitely have that timeline set.
If they eventually put up the temple and began sacrifice we will have another timeline.
We know the altar is built and has been tested. That they are training the younger priest how to make the sacrifices. We know the temple is already prefabricated and can go up in about 3 weeks they say.
So these are exciting times and bears keeping on the alert.

  17. Lee Anthony says:

I agree, I don’t speculate much but I do watch the world markets and news daily and pay attention to Israel. Was reading on end times ideas regarding an enemy of Israel the philistines, we all know them.. There is a disagreement on this but it seems logical that the philistines became Palestinians.

The word itself derives from “Peleshet”, a name that appears frequently in the Bible and has come into English as “Philistine”

Bible prophecy Seems to indicate there is an End-time Philistine power that God allows as an agent to goad Israel. The Isaiah 11 passage speaks of the Philistine power to “the west,” which includes the territory currently occupied by the Palestinians.

Considering this and also the fact that these are basically of Islam who have their roots back to Abraham according to them as well as does Israel and if we see it clearly as we should followers of Messiah, (Christians today) share these roots. Interesting that the 3 biggest world religions would all claim Abraham as their father. The wars between the groups throughout the ages is enough for me to see the end times picture clearly enough to believe there is definitely a tie between them all. It’s time to get back into the prophecies and the Torah to see things better, Our Messiah, Daniel, and others told us everything, we just have to see it and be aware when it occurs.

    • jacqueline says:

Lee, I agree that the Philistines are the Palestinians. The scriptures below hints that you will understand the Bible better if you keep the name or boundary like it was. So Philistines now according to historians are the old boundary name. The Bible often uses the old name and if we have discernment and
with help, we can see who he is talking about.

Prov. 22:28 Do not move an ancient boundary stone set up by your ancestors.

Deuteronomy 19:14 14 Do not move your neighbor’s boundary stone set up by your predecessors in the inheritance you receive in the land the Lord your God is giving you to possess.
Gog of Magog is an example of constant mention, even after 1000yrs are over.

    • jacqueline says:

Lee Anthony, Jesus said to be on the watch. All Christians should on alert for the return at a time not expected.
So some might not like us speculating but it is to spur us all on to be on the alert and search for knowledge on the internet where there are more voices than just one man or 9 men.

  19. jacqueline says:

Gen. 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you, all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

No Christian religion has been substituted for the Jews. Any teaching hatred of the Jews is under the Divine curse according to this scripture.
I am just thinking out loud here because that is what this website is for, we can say what we see without someone cutting us down with heresy talk against the Jews and Jesus as our head only,

The happenings going on in Israel bears watching with the new peace treaty presentation.
One statement by the president caught my attention that this would be a 4-year deal or something of that sort. 42 months is nearly 4 years.

I have always wondered who the seed of satan is that is mentioned in Genesis 3. Trump’s son is a Jew and was key in fostering this treaty but if they put the temple up and began sacrifice it will only last 42 months and they will revoke this. I might be reading to much into this but at least I can think out loud with prayer.
